Our producer Kolo barrera has taken his love for cooking (and eating) to a new level.  That is, torta form! Tortas by Kolo are definitely “not your ordinary Mexican sandwich.” Inspired on home cook recipes by his mom, this mobile ristorante/lonchera could be found everywhere there’s a hungry customer.  Our menu is currently going under construction but do not hesitate to try our most popular “La Pelirroja” and dare to walk on forbidden territories as you bite  on tender bolillo and rejoice on our most freshest ingredients. Just like you would on any give plaza at Michoacan.
